Embedded Systems Conference, San Jose |
|
 |
Doug will be speaking at the Embedded
Systems Conference in San Jose on Monday, March 26 from 1 to 3pm.
The topic is Device Drivers Demystified. We'll start
by developing a generic model of what device drivers are all about and
then go on to examine the specific Linux implementation of that generic
model. If you'll be at the
conference, shoot me an email and let's try to get together.

Moving up to Fedora 14 |
|
After probably two years of using Fedora 11,
I'm finally upgrading to Fedora 14. Yes, I know, the latest
release is 15, but I haven't tested it yet. 14 seems to work fine
except for the serial driver for the docking port on Lenovo laptops.
