Level 1: Community Standards
Every new member signs our Community Standards agreement before joining. Fetishization, ableist language, and predatory behavior are explicitly prohibited - not buried in fine print. You agree to treat people as whole individuals, not diagnoses.
Level 2: Human Moderation
Trained human moderators review every report within 24 hours. Over half of our moderation team identifies as disabled, so they understand context that automated filters routinely miss. No algorithm-only black boxes.
Level 3: Device-Level Bans
Banned deviants cannot simply create a new account. We ban at the device fingerprint and payment instrument level, making it exponentially harder to return under a new identity. This is our strongest deterrent against repeat offenders.

Our Community Standards Agreement
Before anyone can create a profile on LimitlessLove, they must read and agree to our Community Standards. This isn't a checkbox buried during onboarding - it's a clear, plain-language document that explains what behavior is prohibited and what consequences follow.
The Standards explicitly ban: fetishizing any disability, using ableist slurs or demeaning language, sending unsolicited sexual content, creating fake or misleading profiles, attempting to move conversations off-platform to evade moderation, and any pattern of behavior that makes members feel unsafe. Violations result in account suspension, and serious or repeated violations result in permanent device-level bans.
Why this matters
Algorithms cannot distinguish between two wheelchair users joking about accessible parking and a stranger fetishizing a wheelchair user. Human moderators can. Our Standards give them the framework to act quickly and fairly.

- Plan your transportation - Know your route and backup options before you leave. If you use paratransit, book the return trip in advance so you're not stranded.
- Keep personal details private - Don't share your home address, financial information, or medical records on early dates. Disclosure of your disability is your choice, on your timeline.
- Trust your instincts - If something feels off, you can leave. You don't owe anyone an explanation. Use our in-app emergency button to alert our safety team instantly.
- Report concerning behavior - If a match pressures you, sends inappropriate content, or ignores your boundaries, report them. Our moderators will review within 24 hours.
