1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, browsing profiles, sending messages, or otherwise interacting with the LimitlessLove platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using LimitlessLove on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use LimitlessLove, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Not share your account credentials with anyone else
• Not create more than one account per person

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

3. User Conduct

LimitlessLove is a community built on respect, accessibility, and authenticity. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other members
• Fetishize or objectify people based on their disability
• Use ableist, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory language
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information on your profile
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Send unsolicited sexual content or explicit messages without consent
• Use the platform for commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation
• Attempt to access, hack, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute member data or platform content
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

Violations of these conduct rules may result in account suspension, permanent device-level bans, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable. Our human moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you post on LimitlessLove, including profile photos, bio text, audio recordings, and messages. By posting content, you grant LimitlessLove a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is illegal, defamatory, or invades another person's privacy
• Depicts non-consensual sexual content or minors in any context

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

LimitlessLove uses human-led moderation to maintain community standards. Every report is reviewed by a trained human moderator within 24 hours. More than half of our moderation team identifies as disabled or neurodivergent, ensuring context-aware decisions.

Enforcement actions may include:

• Content removal
• Account warnings
• Temporary suspensions
• Permanent account bans
• Device-level bans that prevent re-registration

Device-level bans use hardware and network identifiers to prevent banned users from creating new accounts. We banned 1,847 bad actors in 2025 alone.

6. Premium Subscriptions

LimitlessLove offers a premium subscription at $9.99/month. Premium features include unlimited daily likes, advanced accessibility filters, read receipts, and priority match visibility.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings or app store
• Accessibility, safety, and communication features are never locked behind the paywall

7. Accessibility Commitment

LimitlessLove is committed to maintaining WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. We scored 98/100 on the Deque Systems audit in Q1 2026 and re-test weekly with real screen-reader users. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LimitlessLove is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every match will result in a successful relationship, that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all profiles are accurate. We verify 94% of profiles through photo-and-ID verification, but we cannot guarantee the authenticity of every member.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We encourage you to review our Safety Tips before meeting anyone in person.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LimitlessLove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, if we believe your activity poses a risk to other members, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your profile and content will be removed from the platform within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify members of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of LimitlessLove after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which LimitlessLove is headquartered, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
